Content Policy
These rules say what may and may not be published on AnotPad (https://anotpad.com). By using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Summary
- You are responsible for everything you write and attach.
- Do not publish anything illegal, anything that harms other people, or anything that belongs to someone else without permission.
- We may remove content that breaks these rules.
1. An open service
Notes do not require registration and are accessible to anyone who knows the address. What you publish may be seen and changed by other people. Use the service responsibly and think before storing personal information (see the Privacy Policy).
2. What is prohibited
- Illegal content or content that encourages crimes.
- Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children and teenagers. We do not tolerate this material and will report it to the authorities.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Hate speech, discrimination, praise of violence, threats, harassment, stalking and defamation.
- Scams, fraud, attempts to steal passwords or data (phishing) and malicious files, such as viruses.
- Personal data of other people without permission, such as documents, addresses, phone numbers, passwords and bank details of third parties.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties.
- Spam and automated use to create notes in bulk, overload the service or try to bypass its security.
3. Attached files
Each file can be up to 2 MB. Attach only what you have the right to share. Images may be automatically reduced and converted before upload, to save space.
4. How we handle content
We do not review what is published in advance. But we may, at any time and without prior notice when necessary, remove or block notes, files or access that break these rules, that are the subject of a well-founded report, or that are the subject of a court order or an order from a competent authority.
Repeated abusive use may lead to being blocked from the service.
5. How to report
If you find content that breaks these rules, or that uses your work, image or data without permission, let us know with: the full address of the note, the reason for the report and, for copyright or personal data, your identification and a way to show that you are the owner. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove the content.
6. Responsibility
AnotPad is a tool for keeping notes. The content is the responsibility of whoever publishes it, and the service is not responsible for it, within the limits of applicable law, in particular the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014). The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability, and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of usage limits.
7. Changes to these rules
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.
8. Language
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.
